HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
* The Probate Court is generally open during the lunch hour.
* The Probate Court office closes to observe major State and Federal holidays.

The Probate Court Office is located in the Court Complex nort hof Stanton on M-66. The Court Complex shares the parking lot of the Montcalm County Sheriff's Department and County Jail. 

Filing Documents:  When coming to the Probate Court Office, please keep in mind that it may take some time to process forms and that you may have to return if all your paperwork is not in order and for a hearing if required.  It is recommended that you allow 15-20 minutes for the processing of documents. 

Security:   You will be subject to building security as you enter the Court Complex.  Be prepared to pass through a metal detector and have your belongings searched.
